Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turnaround time?
Many simple jobs can be ready the same day. Larger orders, special finishes and large format work depend on the production schedule.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is usually the safest option. We also accept common image and design formats when the resolution is suitable.
Can I order remotely?
Yes. Many jobs can be quoted and confirmed by phone, email or WhatsApp before pickup or shipping. For analog photography, you can also mail film rolls to us for development and scanning.
Do you develop film rolls?
Yes. We develop film rolls in-store and also accept film by mail for development and scanning.
Send the job details
WhatsApp is the fastest way to request a quote. Email works best when you already have files to attach.
